i have a pretty nice steer calf that could maybe win someones fair. but i dont have a big name or anything i just have 4 cows i breed every year for show steers that 4h kids by from me they only want to pay like 800 though. so is there like any good web sites u can post animals for sale on or does any one have advice on selling it?

Just as an FYI....

Take some time. Sit on a 5 gallon bucket and take LOTS of pictures. Edit those pictures to right size and look at the classified section here. It provides a pretty broad audience for the small breeder.

sell to these kids, help them do well.  They'll be willing to spend more if they have success and other kids will take notice.  Do some advertising (this board is a good place).  If people won't give you what you think they're worth, you're free to keep them and show at jackpots.

Using a $20 unit of Who's In Heat does not guarantee you'll get a huge premium for every calf.
