I just purchased a semen tank and was wondering what a few of the bulls were worth. Prefferred Beef,  HC Hummer, Power Plant, 600U and Heat Seeker.

preferred beef - the simmental bull is worth some money- i have 3 units of it and was told don't take anything under 160/unit , i assume the 600U is worth some money to the right person but couldn't tell you a price

Hummer would be worth some money as well to the right person. Really all of those bulls are worth something. I would say 40 on the heatseeker is what I have seen. 600U well power plant goes way back but im sure would be worth a little.

The 600U and Hummer I know are worth some money but can't say what.  Seems like I saw some 600U bring a few hundred a straw at a sale last fall..

I wouldn't think 600U would top $100....last we sold 2 years ago at $65....If anyone needs any, I'd sell some.

Also, last preferred beef we sold was $100.  Also have that, if anyone needs any.

You shouldn't have any trouble selling semen from those bulls.  Would sure wonder about how the semen had been handled before you got it.

What is a good way too tell the exact worth on semen?? I have some fullback semen I bought directly from wehermans that I wouldn't mind selling but don't know it's worth??

The only way to know what it is worth is to put it up for auction and just see how bad someone wants it.
