What is the difference between a 3 ml and a 5 ml straw of sexed semen.  I just know that I have seen different sizes, does one have a special purpose or are you supposed to maybe get better conception rates with a larger straw.

I've been told the 3ml and 5ml do not refer to volume.  It's the number of wigglers in each straw.  3 million and 5 milllion

That's correct - they are both .25 straws, but the semen count (quality) is what the 3mil and 5mil refer to.
