share cows??????

what does anyone thimk of running cows on shares ? just looking for some input  the owner of the cows wants to do 65/35 and i would get all the steer calves and 15% of the heifer calves ...
cows are good 1250lbs black and baldie cows mated angus  last year steers weighed 540 in early oct  just wondering what ya all think

Alot of details left out. Who stands meds, feed, mineral, vet expences - who pays for what? The little things can be deal breakers. RW

i would have the feed and vet expense in the cows and the calves except he will pay for 35% of the fall shots
