Shorthorn/ Maine Angus STEER WANTED!!!

i would like a shorthorn or angus steer in FL,GA,Alabama doesnt need to be reg. i would like them to be around 500lbs right now. Doesnt need to be halter broke or anything! I am lookin at prices between $900-1500 Need a nice calf its for a state show and am looking for something to be able to compete with the big timers.

thanks alot this is what i really looking for and i'm glad i had the guy bring me back a steer at first i wanted a shorthorn then i changed and asked for a black/black and white b/c he didnt think that he could get a shorthorn at the sale for my price range and sure enough he brought me back a shorthorn but told me that if i wanted i could have a black calf.But i feel in love with him! Day number 2 i had him washed and blown out sorta walking Day 3(today) washed blowed out and walking alright brushing and everything > NO grooming chute either just tied up!!
