Show calf with scrotal hernia

We have a 6-month-old Holstein calf that was castrated a month ago.  No issues, pretty standard.  Last night we noticed a swelling in his scrotum and think it might be a hernia.  He is walking, eating, playing, gaining perfectly.  Our fair is in a month.  Are we out?  Suggestions?

I'd have a vet check it, looks kind like a stray testicle.
