Im new to showing a cow calf pair and any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Train the calf to drink out of a bottle so that you can supplement them at the show and keep them full if they don't travel well.  Don't let the calf nurse 4-6 hours before you show so that the cow has a full udder in the ring.  You may want to keep them apart during the day leading up to the show so they aren't crazy if they get separated at the show.  Also, free choice creep feed all the time for the calf.
