the valley beef show the 1st weekend in july in seymour wisconsin 
friday nite weigh in with a open hfr show saturday and steer show to follow
also on sunday is a jr simmental show call 920-621-1783

I think Valley Beef is the first weekend in June, not July

I dont know how close you are to Minneapolis but the MN Beef Expo is held I believe the 3rd weekend in October.  It is MCA weekend for students in Minnesota schools and it a pretty good show. I believe this is not too far from many places in WI.  It is held at the Minnesota State Fair grounds.  Great show we attend every year.
