So I have a simangus cow. I don't have any pics, but what is the best thing to breed her too, to get a really good steer? This may be really hard to answer but what have you had luck with.

Its almost impossible to suggest the right bull or bulls to use based on breed of cow only. A picture would be very helpful in making a better suggestion. Every cow has different needs or weaknesses that we try to improve with the bull.As a generalization Lifeline works well on charolais cows. That doesent mean he is the best bull to use on every Charolais cow. See what i'm saying??? I guess in short I'm Saying send a pic or atleast give a thorough description of the cow if you want the best advice.

Well from what i remember, she is a moderate animal with a lot of middle and capacity. She is long and quite thick. She could use a little more bone, and she is a little bit heavy through the front.

Ok all that helps. I think with that description I would consider Carnac or maybe Sunseeker if she is not too heavy in her front.
