Are there any low birthweight Simmental bulls that can be used on Black Angus heifers?

Several good options, Grandmaster and Uno Mas are good ones. Many more as well. If you do a search on here there have been many discussions. Good luck.

There are many of them.
Can't give you any personal recommendations if you're breeding for show stock, but we breed almost all of our commercial heifers - AN, ANxSH, SimAngus - to high CED Simmental sires.  Have recently used Triple C Bettis, WS All In W111, Hooks Pharoah 16P, and this spring, After Shock.  No calving issues whatsoever; Bettis calves came small and easy...but didn't grow off like his WWepd suggested they should; Pharoah calves have been decent; too soon to tell about the All In calves(all less than 2months) - but they look good.
Believe we bred one older heifer (18mo) to PRS Blazin Hot last fall... and she had no problem delivering.
