Have some semen from this bull. I know the pedigree, but what can you tell me about the bull and his offspring?

I have semen from Simsdale Big Red as well- probably 30-40 doses.  Big Red was a tremendous bull and was not used extensively because he was horned. He was very thick topped and had lots of capacity. His daughters were easy fleshing, with lots of capacity and great udders. His dam was a beautiful female by Duke of Dublin and out of a powerful Butterfield cow. I tried to buy Big Red from John Sims on a couple occasions and he would never price him, as he wanted to use him in his own herd. He did sell him as an older bull to Murray Pimmett, Ian McRae, and Bodmin Limited in Ontario. Big Red left lots of great females in all these herds. He was IMO, one of the best sons of Highfield Irish Mist.
I some horns don't bother you, use this semen for sure!
