After my road trip north to pick up my fall born steers to sell, here is my report on the bob calves I've seen, probably seen 25-30 calves I know this is only a small sample of the calves that will be born this spring. Most were black only seen 2 red calves, all birth rates were reported to me at between 70-120, Only 1 calf was pulled that I heard about and he was backwards, every one said they were very hearty would get up and go quickly. They all looked to have a good look good extension of neck thick and good boned, most had more muscle than their other calves. Structure was hard to tell they were from 10 days old to just born, but looked good. I seen Monoplys,I am legend,Heatwave clones,Board walk,Walks alone, and several other sires to compare them too. We have had several calls recently and every one has liked their calves so far,  we have had several breeders already order semen again. I am sure he will not work on every cow but looks like we should have a club calf bull with some consistency.
