Some kind of fungus? HELP

My steer has a ring worm on his face and some warts on his butt. However, im not to worried about those this early in the year, but i am worried about this fungus type thing on his front two legs. The smaller one formed since ive had him ( 2 weeks ) and the other was there when i got him, and has grown since then. Ive never seen anything like it, i thought it was a ring worm at first but now im thinking othe wise.
Please help.

looks like he is just rubbing the hair off his knees when he gets up or maybe he is reaching under the fence for greeen grass hard to say wiht out seeing in person

Looks like a callus from being on some hard dry dirt/cement or reaching under a fence. It should go away if you change his environment or put up a low hot wire around his pen.
