The Sunnyview herd was only about 20 miles from me and was owned by Roger Hirsch. The herd has been dispersed for several years now. I just saw Roger a few days ago at the Tim Horton's ( coffee and donut shop). He still loves to talk cows, especially Maines. He could tell you much more about these bulls. He used to have a very good set of cows, and some of the best fullbloods around.

hmmm, let me guess, do they trace to an old bull whose name begins with V?  John Hendrickson in ND has some semen on a Sunnyview bull, get ahold of him and see which one.  You may need to call Gene Loder to get his number.

xxcc, actually, this time it's not V, (i know he's in there) i know that's a shock, you encouraged me to absorb a little diversity.
