No there isn't right now.  That is something could be added.

You can subscribe to threads and have it automatically email when they are replied to.  Then check your email from your phone.

Just like facebook.  You get an email when you comment on a topic.  I like that.  Will make response to threads much quicker than waiting till the morning to get a response. (clapping)
