stiff walking heifer

we have stiff walking heifer that we need to free up.She is not bad she dose not move as free as she needs to.What can I use ?

If she is sore, maybe can help it, if she is just too tight  made you probably in a bind.  Recent hoof trimming?  Chance of founder?

Does she have a big area to move around? Water on one end hay on the other? This would help. You may try backing her up some also. If you need too try some Glide or Natural Stride.
