Ok dosent really have any thing to do with cattle but here it is. My husband and I are planning on purchasing a SUV within a few months. I would luv a truck but their wouldnt be enough room for 2 car seats....I have a hard time putting the infant(facing the back) seat in my parents truck when I am hauling. Traits in an SUV Im looking for is size, best gas mileage, dependablity, tow weight and power. We will be pulling an Adams 12' stock trailer every so often to a few shows with 2 steers and a horse. We live in a mountian area in PA so power is needed to pull. Thanks for any advice! I dont want something that will tear easily.

I'm a Ford man, but if you get an excursion, that V10 drinks it!  The Expedition is a good choice, don't know what year you are looking at but they have a few motor options that will fulfill your pulling needs.

Good luck.

I was a ford man, but now I wouldn't recommend getting one to my worst enemy after the last one I had. I will tell you a truck with alot of room is a Dodge Mega Cab. They make one in the 1/2 ton version and it would be fine with that size trailer. I would say with pretty good confidence that it would have more back seat room than that of an expedition. Granted it doesn't have the 3rd seat but thats what i would recommend.

We have a Nissan Armada and absolutely love it. Plenty of power in the V8. I've got burned by Ford in the past with warranty issue's and couldn't bring myself to buy a vehicle from GM again after they were destroyed by unions and baled out with tax dollars...
