Tax refund (non-cattle)

Kansas has put a hold on all refunds, never heard of this, has anyone else had this happen?

did you govenor accept or turn down the stimulus money offered to states ?  the govenator took his....raised  residents taxes to do it  ...but he gladly took it...whats wrong with this picture  ??? jbarl

Reminds me of garfield always trying to send odie to aguadabi sp?

It is almost the same.  Are trying to send a dog (being overly censored) over to where they would all love to speak the same language as aguadabi.
