Is there anyway to ultrasound or check if a fetus is TH and PHA affected while the recip is pregnant. I have some embryos that may be affected the damn was supposed to be clean but she may not be.

1st thing I'd do is test the cow.  If she's free, you don't need to worry about having an affected calf.  As far as I know, it'd be pretty hard to tell on an ultrasound (if it is indeed possible) until the calf is fairly developed.

The cow is dead. The recips are 4 1/2 months bred.

Do you have any calves out of her and free bulls that you can test?  That's the only other idea I have...  Good luck!!
