He is a clone of a steer I guess.

He is a clone from a kansas city steer that i forgot who showed him.  but i do know the steer was raised by Mike Treinen.

H is a clone to Tiffany Pruitt's calf that she won Kansas City with a few years ago. That was one hell of a good calf,as he won every jackpot show from Texas,Okla,and Kansas as a calf.Tiffany is Steve Bonhams neice. Lautner even advertises that they thought they had the steer to beat that year,until Tiffany walked into the ring. After he won, Lautner bought the calf in the sale,pulled DNA and had him cloned. Have not seen any of his calves yet.

I have had three Colonel calves this year.  122# 131# 119#.  One made it two did not.

Anybody remember Eyes on the Money a couple years ago? he was going to be the next great thing after they saw a couple calves out if him. Don't remember hearing of any great ones , but sure got semen sales going on him, which was probably the intent all along.I'd wait until you see some with your own eyes if it was me.

I'm going to stick with the ones that I know for sure are working..My Turn, Monopoly (if I could get semen), Point Taken worked pretty well this year. I was also thinking of trying Boardwalk on a few of my bigger cows.
