Before Nasco started selling Sullivan stuff they used to carry a 9" comb for $7 or $8.  I would buy several at a time.  The combs weren't as solid made as Sullivan's but hey I lose teeth on the Sullivan combs too.  So I would buy the cheap ones for daily use and save my good Sullivan combs for fitting.  Unfortunately now the 9" combs have disappeared.

I can remeber using Patterson's as a kid.  I still remeber the little yellow catalogs.
