Thoughts on this heifer?

This is a 16 month old simmental x angus heifer. She is out of a non registered "backyard" herd. My thoughts on her are that she has a strong front end and weak back end with bad legs. She isn't very feminine either in my opinion. Just interested in what people think about her and what she needs. She is bred to In Dew Time but not confirmed pregnant.

could you post another picture? she does lack femininity. and she might need to add some muscle in that hind quarter. but the picture makes it tough to tell
