thoughts on this steer?

This guy is out of a 3/4 Simmy heifer and Sired by Tyson.  March weighs roughly 450 lbs right now. Please tell me what you think, if you are interested in him please pm me and we can talk.

Its really hard to tell anything with that pic, with the lighting, shadows and a black calf its really really difficult to tell where calf ends and shadow begins.

Are you sure he is 450? An 8 month old calf should be bigger than that. He looks bigger in his pic... just wondering

I used a tape measure so I don't know how accurate it is.

Super prospect, from what you can tell from the picture. Stout made, great back leg, monstrous hip. Great steer.

If he truly is only 450,  that is not a good weight for a March calf.  He should be weighing in the upper 5's and lower 6's.  I would get a real weight on the calf before marketing him much more as he is a nice looking animal.

Thank you all for the posts.  I forgot to mention he is on 20 lbs of feed a day right now.
