Bryan Patrick McIlhany, age 27, passed away as the result of a traffic accident on Tuesday, December 30, 2008. Bryan was deeply loved by his family and friends. He will be remembered for his kind spirit, keen sense of humor and eagerness to help. Those who were fortunate to know Bryan will remember him for his constant smile. Always active and out-of-doors, Bryan molded his life around his love of cattle, commitment to and love for his family and his wife, Melanie. Bryan will be forever missed and never forgotten. Born in Houston, TX, on January 4, 1981, Bryan was the son of Dan and Barbara McIlhany. In addition to his parents, Bryan is survived by his wife, Melanie; Grandmother, Modena McIlhany of Pasadena, TX ; Brothers, Scott McIlhany and his wife, Erin, of Dallas, TX and Marc McIlhany and his wife, Anne, of Houston, TX; sister, Lori Ryker of Livingston, MT. The Memorial Service will be held on Monday, January 5, at 2:00 p.m. at Kendall County Fairgrounds.
