treating a calf stuck upside down

Out of town for work and one of my mom's 6 month old steers got stuck upside down. She was able to get him out and up on his sternum. Hes pretty out of it I guess and seems to want to sleep. Has no interest in getting up. What can she do to help him if anything or is it just something time will tell?

Dozer45 sorry I'm no help but would like to know is the calf improving?
