Trimming / Fitting for shows?????

Okay, i've tried searching here and must not be using the right key phrases.  This is only our second year with steers.  We went to a little clinic / help session before fair last year where they showed us how to trim up the steers for fair.  I figured I would remember.  But of course not.  Is there a good message or step by step or video out there on how to clip a steer to show him?  And we have one Limo/Angus cross and one hereford - do they get trimmed differently.

We are going to go to a prospect show Father's day weekend.  So I have some time.  Just trying to figure all this out.

There is a Kirk Stierwalt DVD that I found very informative when I started learning how to clip... I think the best thing other than practice, practice,practice,  is to find someone good and watch them .. G-Luck

There are the NJAA videos.
They cover a little bit of everything. I agree with the comment that practice, practice, practice is the best way to learn and improve. Good luck!
