If any of u remember from my past posts i am not a fan of twins,well i had a 4 yr old angus cow have a set of triplets yesterday,they are all sucking and looking good,just 2 more than there should be.If anyone is interested in a novelty cow she is for sale haha.

i know what you mean,  we had a cow that had two sets of twins & two singles, the twins were always heifers, the single births were bulls, but as you said, there are a pain to raise

I know EXACTLY how you feel! I had a Char cross cow that had 3 sets of twins and 2 sets of triplets out of 9 seasons! Many of the multiple birth calves were born dead, but her first set of heifer twins are my most productive cows. One is a recip, the other's daughter is too, and a great granddaughter just calved for the first time! Best group ever, and they all hang together in the field! :)
