Unsoundness

Is there anyway to help an unsound cow walk a little better?  She has gotten fat and we have been trying to watch her weight?  She normally walks fine but every now and then she limps a little.

Are her feet in need of a trimming?

Yes, I did notice she started limping after one of them chipped on one toe.  Do you think that is a factor for her random limping?
