Using Kleen Sheen cold.

Has anyone heard of using Kleen Sheen that was kept in a refrigerator? I was wondering if it would help hair growth kinda like pouring ice cubes over calves.

Doubt it would make any difference.  The Kleen Sheen wouldn't stay cold long enough to chill the animal.
