I would like to take this time to welcome DL!She will be giving some advice & really informative articles as her busy schedule allows. I have some really good tips for everyone when dealing with DL:
1. mention hockey as much as possible
2. to her the Buffalo Sabres rule ( although my Columbus Blue Jackets beat them last week)
3. she is very passinate about health issues concerning cattle
4. She is equally passinate about the ethical treatment of the same cattle
5. did I mention hockey?
6. She will bring a great deal to the board!!! Thanks DL!!

Whats hockey, is that like football on ice?  ;D

I actually used to love hockey when Kansas City had the Blades, but when you don't have a local team and it isn't shown on tv it is hard to stay a fan.

Right now, KC is trying to grab the Penquins from Pittsburgh.  I don't think it will happen, but KC made them a really good offer and if anything the Penquins will end up with a new stadium in Pittsburgh due to KC trying to lure them away.

All I know is that it's addicting. My hubby even was watching it some on TV Sunday & he never uaually watches sports. They really can get physical. At the BJ"s x Sabres game a player got flipped over the glass onto his head!

Hockey - better than football on ice! Sabres beat Bruins tonight 7 to1 - they have Tallinder back (now there is a nice T name for a bull) and they seem to have recovered from their slump..  ;D
