here are two appendix april heifers we have for sale not the best pictures but the second calf and her mother has already won champion cow calf

I can tell you if you're in Kansas you want a spring heifer, falls don't work too well here.  Stumpy has a couple of pictures posted on here of a couple from Fischer Cattle Company, if you're going to be at state fair he's about 45 minutes from there.

We have a very nice pb shorthorn heifer. She's out of High Roller and Bull is Deadwood. Dam won numerous grand champion titles. Heifer went to county fair with us and won grand champ prospect calf. We had several people ask us about her. She's totally halter broke and very gentle.
Her belly is shaded in the picture. It's about two months old. She was born in March.
We also have another pb shorthorn heifer. Painted with a perfect white heart on her forehead. Nice red roan shorthorn plus. Very thick. Both of them are out to pasture so I don't have any recent pictures.

You may have the best Final Solution calf ever born. She is fantastic, as the rest of the final solutions are not worth a drop. Pure Solution, is another story.

Stu, I glad that there is different strokes for different folks!! I wouldn't give a plugged nickel for 95% of the Pure Solutions out there. I've not seen as many Final's as Pure's but the majority of the Final's I've seen have been pretty nice. I've got a neighbor with a real nice bull calf by Final.
I will agree though that the hfr above is nice no matter who she's by.

Not really a fan of either of them. I think as a breed we are going to be a crossroads that we were back in the late 80's. Remember the Dreamboat calves? Way to high of birthweights for me.

Since then, we have tried to have all our calves under 95 pounds. Because of that, we have missed out on the Solution genetics. However, Grey Goose looks to be doing a good job for people.

We have never used Final or Pure Solution, and therefore I am only going by what I see at fairs or in catalogs.
