I was looking for photos of Weebollbolla Theodore when I found their website.They just had a sale where they sold 130 bulls for an avg $4,600. Not one shorthorn bull passed in!
Interesting to see how they are successful in the commercial market.

I know it is set during WWII so the cattle industry is a lot different down there now but I can watch the movie "Australia" all day long just to look at the cows. One of the few times in the movie industry where a cattle breed gets called out by name. Decades later and half a world away we would be hard pressed to get a ship load of shorthorn calves put together.
