My son is showing a durham red hiefer that is dark red. I have had several and they have ranged from orange to dark dark red.

Garybob, I enjoy selling bulls like this, I am not really sure he is the best red bull we have on offer. I have a cherokee canyon son that is pretty solid, but this bull is so good in the front. I have had really great acceptance with the half blood bulls. I will certainly keep a semen interest in the bull and keep track of him. His sire seems to be the ingredient when matched with any of our shorthorn cows. He really works great. The females are big middled with lots of spring and sweet udders as well. I really wish he was a purebred, the breed could use one about now I think. If I can get the old girl to cycle before I have to deliver this fella, I will try and pen breed her to him. If it works, you can have half the credit. If it don't, of course you get all the blame!!
