What are your beef production goals?

I am working on a business plan and trying to figure out how you all decide if you are doing good or not. Any thoughts welcome. Thanks. ;D

every cow settle on first cycle-
every cow deliver a live calf- within a 30 day window
every black cow produce a black calf, and ideally-- every shorthorn cow produce a heifer calf
every cow wean a calf- that is better than last year.  Better can be bigger/ heavier, better phenotype, or sell slightly better.  

if all of this happens- (minus the shorthorns all producing heifer calves, that would just be a bigger plus)- we make a profit.. plain and simple.
