What bulls to use?

We want to breed 5 pure Charolais cows. We plan to breed 3 of them cross and 2 of them pure. In a perfect world we would like to get at least 1 competitive Charolais heifer, cross steer, and cross heifer. What bulls would you guys/gals use?

The bull to recommend depends on what the cows are phenotypically and genetically.  What needs improving?  What are the cows pedigrees?
