What Bulls to use?

What are some good composite Bulls to use on crossbreed cows to help add volume and muscle but keep or improve milking. Would prefer a clean bull.
Have thought about uncle si, captain Morgan, Dakota gold, medicine man, myer myer and young money.

Would like to use one with color if possible. Not trying to breed for a steer to win Fort Worth just something to add some things to crossbreds and maybe get a county steer for my nephew if get lucky.
