I might be dumb but i thought all breeds look different, and was wondering what a good Gelbvieh heifer looks like.

What's people of oppions of them for show heifers and later on cows. Thanks

Honestly, to me a good one looks the same regardless of breed or color.

Sad to say, but a "good" gelb looks alot like a good simmi.  Maybe a tad bit more leather up front, but the simmi's have that now.
They are more feminine and maternal looking in my opinion than a simmi.

I have real good friends in the gelbvieh world and I took these pics at Jumping Cow in Co  The Hepburn Female was National Champ in Denver That year and is as good of beast I ever put clippers on in any breed. The Pride Female was as equally good.

yep, those are good ones.  I'll echo the point, a good one is a good one regardless of breed, but I feel inclined to add that a purebred of good genetic meri is more valuable as a breeding piece however than a mutt.  Not a thread hijack, but a point that needs clarification.

those are nice GVs.  3G and Judd Ranch have some good ones too.
