Our daughter has spring steer and heifer show this wkend and she spent some time afterschool practicing doing legs on her steer and heifer. She wanted to see what everyone thought of her steer. He's a Wazn't Me X hereford/shorthorn cow...............

I know there are some experts on here that can explain how to bone legs where they look incredible. I think you have to by so "hair" from Sullivans.
