Dr. Who's make great cows, but they always seem to be knock hocked. I don't know how big of a deal it is, but they all seem to show it and your heifer IMO does show it, not that it would stop me from making a cow out of her.

Thanks for all the compliments on her. I have never heard that expression before, how can you tell? A neighbor bought her for market and I am planning on helping him breed her simmental

If you are asking me about the knock hocked expression.In humans we would call it knocked kneed. The hocks in cattle are the bones that sticks out in the back of the rear knee joints. Do you see how she is standing in both pictures with her hocks closer together than  alot of cattle stand? It goes with a bunch of Dr. Who's. I still like the bull & your heifer. Dr. Who's may become more popular than ever. They are proving themselves to be great mommas

I see what you mean now I never noticed it before. The cow is the Dr who so you would think it would be less prevelant in the calf. Thanks for the insight.
