;D  Oops.... I have a new one that I also like, "My Big Green Tractor" by Jason Aldean.  I think he is a pretty cool singer, not George but he is pretty good!!

Songs about TX - Pat Green (I really dig the live accoustic version with him & his buddies)
Somewhere Down in TX by Jason Boland
What I Like by Hillbilly Stu (you'll have to search hard to find that one)
Like it Used to Be by Randy Rogers Band (these guys put on the best concert I've ever seen)
Country Girl Angel by the Ben Atkins Band
If That Ain't Country by David Allen Coe
Texas in 1880 by Pat Green/Radney Foster
Mariano by Robert Earl Keen

Add one more guy to the list who doesn't listen to much mainstream country anymore.  There's still some phenomenal country music being made these days, but it rarely gets played by mainstream radio.

Wolf Creek Pass by C W McCall.

This, plus Johnny Cash and George Strait. Any of the new stuff on the radio sucks. Most all radio sucks anyhow.

I'm not much of a country guy to be honest.
