When I was out checking cattle I took some photographic images .

We have 4 white calves in this pasture and it was funny how all 4 were together.

Without a word of a lie, it was a picture of Saskvalley Bonanza that got me seriously interested in shorthorns. Before that I still wasn't sure if shorthorn was the to go. He just keeps getting better! <party>
Great stuff! Cool pics. Like the one with the bird!  (thumbsup)

It is so flat where Scot lives that on a clear day he can see the back of his head! Cattle are looking great as usual. I have always liked the Sasha cow.

What magnificent cattle!  Like the roan heifer.

I always like to see pasture pictures of mature bulls in their working clothes, like the whole bull battery!  Will be interesting to see what the youngster does.  For interests sake, who is his dam's sire?

Coyote. I'm one of your best fans with the "pics".  I didn't know your cattle were just as impressive. I like.

Interesting how the white calves were segregated off by themselves.

Some very impressive cattle what ever the colour. Pity they don't have any feed to graze on  ;D. A great looking program

chiangus , we are in SW Saskatchewan. We live in a semi arid area and usually we are dealing with dry conditions or drought just like what is happening south of us in the US. The last 3 years we have had real good moisture in the spring. Like most places the area looks good when it is green.

It has been hard to get pictures this spring as the cattle have been fighting flies and usually they are all in a bunch switching their tails.

thanks, glad you got some rain, they are calling this a flash drought down here, no rain in sight.  Hopefully it is gone in a flash.

Cattle look good Scott.  Funny thing, we have three white heifer calves in a pasture and they are always together, also.  White girls, eh!!!
