I'm not mad because of what people say about the steer. they are evaluating the price we have on him first and for most. most people go by how much it would cost to replace the calf they sell. same here. i take pictures with a 85 dollar fuji camera and i know they suck. the pics on here that i posted were not of him clipped in the slightest way nor was he fitted. standing in mud at about 8pm at night.

btw carl s. idk who you are, but for 2 posts, you sure have a lot to say. i dare you to scan through 4050+ posts and find one of me badmouthing other peoples cattle.

On further review, you're a kind respectful young man who never shoots his mouth off and is always respectful of other posters.  The four people that have e-mailed me were all wrong, I'll make sure to tell them that.  The two people who gave the karma on two posts with "nail meet head" and "damn straight about that punk" were both wrong.

I'm sorry for picking you completely out of the blue with no history at all of you being an smart ass on this board.

Jeff,

I posted both ways. The last post I put on I have had more private emails than any post on the classified ads. But I also made the ad so that the same ...."pm me price and location..." people wouldn't have to ask a thing. I think I was pretty thorough in my current ad.

It doesn't matter to me either way. If LIke an animal I will go see them in person and then buy them. I have bought from two folks sight unseen and was pleased both times. I rarely do that. With the trip to Iowa looking at steers if I would have went by picture alone I would have been in trouble. Pictures and price dont always reflect quality. I say to each their own. But as others have said, it is nice for location to be posted. It is unlikely that I would purchase something that is on the west coast. I won't waste a sellers time if I know where they are.
