Will it grow back?

Had a cow pull off a horn cap a day or so ago everything under the cap seems to be fine and undamaged. She has a nice scab forming on it with little to no bleeding anymore. Will she grow back a decent horn or will it be deformed? also what can I do to treat it/ incourage growth.

i think it will it might be shorter but it will still be fine. i would put some antibiotice on the horn were the scab is forming to prevent it from getting infected
