Would like some info from people who have held online sales.

I am looking into having an online sale and wanted to hear some peoples experiences.  Who did you use?  Do you feel they brought in new bidders/buyers?  What did you like?  What did you Dislike?  Was it worth the extra money compared to a phone bid off?  Anything that you could add would be useful thanks!

We held our first online sale this year and we used the new online auction here on steer planet. I am glad we did I feel like it really helped us reach new customers and it was very easy to use. I loved that we had a lot of control with the sale. We uploaded all are own pictures and videos and they helped us with advertising the sale. The price is very LOW and for the price we got a lot! I priced all the other online auction sites and you will not find a better price or better customer service. We will be doing another online sale again next year.
