That is THE stupidest thing i have ever heard...just plain dumb.

    Our local radio station ran this story along with a poll. The poll asked if you favored or opposed this tax. The result was 13 percent in favor, and 87 percent opposed. I thought in this rural area, it would be 99 percent opposed. If 13 percent of my rural neighbors favor this, think what the vote would be in the cities, and of course California. Watch out cattle people.
