I personally think so. Those hind legs want to make a "A" shape (when viewed from behind) and are spread a bit farther then his normal stance. Still a very nice bull. I just like a little more base width which is knit picking this guy. Really like his hair and profile.

right.. but I don't know if he needs more base width... or he needs not to be as cow hocked...  without seeing him in person, and where the hair is longer/ shorter... i can't tell...

how much hair does he have on the ass?  looks hugely crazy...

i call that cow hocked...  what you are wanting is width from hooks to pins.. and down to the ground...

IMO, if you give him more base width,, it would only make the "A" worse... he needs a straighter, truer hind legs set from the rear view... or not to be cow hocked..

I cant tell from the pic if he is truly cowhocked, or if his feet are just spread wider than his true width.  However, I think if you get nit picky on him, yes I would like to give him a wider pin set and put those legs out under the corners of his body a little more.  But that is judging from a pic, I wasnt there to see him and have no clue how much of that is hair and clip job.  None the less, I kinda like the bull so far.  I think he is an interesting piece, definately one of the stoutest PB maines you will find and he is TH and PHA clean.  Dont think he wowed me enough for me to want to breed the whole herd to him, like I said there are some nit picky things I would change, but I would definately give him a chance.

Do you think it makes that A shape because it is somewhat of a aerial view of his real end as compared to walkie talkie?

Atleast we're all on the same page--- :) <beer> (clapping)

I didn't see this bull- prob never will.. but from what I'm hearing  he sounds like a legit good one...

It is being pretty nit picky IMO-- but likely worth mentioning...

Hard Whiskey will be available to the public at 30 per straw on a first come first served basis.  The lucky ones that signed up while on display will recieve phone calls confirming orders once semen is frozen.  once that list is fulfilled we will release to distributors.  So if you want to make sure you recieve a phone call message me (i'm Adam Everhart, we bought him in August) and I'll put you on the list.

Thanks for the interest and possitive comments.

This is a flushmate heifer to Hard Whiskey; once again, she is a Hard Drive out of a beautifullly made and designed Irish Whiskey/Legacy Plus cow that is now working in the Jason Minnaert herd.  This picture was taken in September, so she has changed quite a bit since then.  Not only do I like this heifer's look, she, too, possesses a wonderful disposition.

The second picture is of Hard Whiskey's dam.

Also, I do not believe the owners are syndicating Hard Whiskey.
