Here is a picture of our VAR Retail Product 1440 4248 Bull.  We use him on our club calf heifers and they calve  easily. His calves out of Angus cows have been about 70 to 80 lbs., some calves from the Club Calf heifers have been a little bigger and usually calve unassisted, some with a gentle...

Anybody have any rules or ideas about how to price these club calves?  What I was told was county fair steers with the potential to be class winners should be no less than $1200 to $1500 and up. Calves better than that should of course be higher. Plainer, good calves should be $800 to $1200...

Does anyone remember a bull named "Laser"?  I have his semen in my tank and probably bought it about 5 to 10 years ago.  He is in my club calf tank so he is probably club calf.  Any information from anyone who might remember would be appreciated.  I have searched the web and have found nothing...
