I also felt it seemed respiratory however her respirations are normal and she doesn't have a snotty nose. She was shivering earlier though.  We do have Naxel on hand and have used that for respiratory illness in a cow before. Have you heard of that?

We have used the Black Velvet by Sullivan.  Is the heifer all black or is there any white?  We used a fogger to put it on and that works very well.  It blows it in deep.  You would want to dye the hair at least 1 week before your show. 

Wisconsin in December??  Definitely chilly!  The barns are cold but the show ring is very nice and the show it self is well run and just a great time overall.  I highly recommend the show - it's excellent!

We actually did use it last year but I could not remember the name.  We have also used the Power Fuel by purina to add finish.  I think you will be quite satified with the result. 

Doesn't purina make an additive that will assit in using fat to build muscle?
