    Unstoppable heifer

    Breed her to built right

    Heifer always coughing

There's a good chance she has hookworms I believe it's called.  Get some wormer called PROHIBIT and that should do the trick.  We've had it as we'll.  calf does fine and all but just coughs a lot.  I think worms attach in throat.  Hookworms aren't controlled by most wormers.

    B.I.M x American???

Champion American at Fort Worth was a BIM out of Brangus cow.  I would be worried about temperament, heifer maternal ability and foot size personally.  But it works I guess.

    Denver '15 bulls

Got back yesterday.  My opinion only.  Quicksilver was best along with Satisfaction.  Quicksilver was an Unstoppable son.  Great body, big hip attractive and sound.  I watched most walk in or out of the display area.  Satisfaction was a little greener and seemed younger.  Really attractive...

breeding an all about you cow

I'd breed her to a Beefmaster but I'm guessing that won't work for you.  Dakota gold should be good if she's a th carrier.  Other Thant that you'll run into structure issues with MAB and definitely with starburst.  I've used plenty of both and they won't work on that cow.  Unstoppables are good...

    Show Prospect with Hernia

Depends on cost but I think it could be fixed if done correctly.  We had one this year and it seems to be ok.

    Getting steers fat

Power fuel from Purina.  Very palatable and works great.

    smoking bob

I'll have a few in our sales this spring.  He was very consistent and good.  Downsized afew of our bigger cows but not small. Stouter than monopoly.  Also bred to grey or silver and 2 black and got all silver.  About 5.

    Recip cows

Have a friend that does a lot of that and is at 1750 now.  He's full up on what he can do currently.

county fair show- groomed or slick?

In texas.  Our county grand brings 15k plus, and that's great.  However, that has brought professionals and only family's that can lose 10k on a chance to win.  I have seen it first hand drive good kids out of the steer barn and into lambs or pigs.  After being skeptical about slicking at...

Let's give Fort Worth and Dr Mark Johnson Credit

Total 180 from last year.  Steers enter ring in a organized fashion and Mark is taking his time and looking at every steer twice at least.  Let's give him credit.  We were all pretty upset after last year and he and the show listened it seems.  Kudos.
