has anyone seen any Walks Alone daughters in production?  He's an '08 model which means the heifers from his first calf crop could have theoretically had their first calves this spring.  Wondering if they milk at all.

Outstanding bull himself, but wondering if anyone has seen calves or better yet used the bull themselves.  Looking for the right Simm influenced bull to use on some registered Angus cows, calves will be used as replacements to make club calves, but should be good cows also. 

Saw the bull at stud, really liked him.  I know the southern guys like him for the slick deal, but would they have hair?

Anyone have results?

After calving, how soon can a cow be flushed?  I think I was told 60 days. Then once flushed, she is given prostaglandin to reset the system and be sure no eggs were missed.  After that heat, she needs one more heat and can be started again?  I guess my question is how soon after a flush can...

Anyone have any experience with a Ford V10?  I don't put a million miles a year on a truck (only about 10-12,000 though most are hauling or pulling) so it's a bit tougher to justify a diesel.  Just wondering if this might not be a decent option.
